I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Kris, owner of Eden Rose Floral Studio and your soon to be quirky, TikTok referencing, floral bestie. Planning your wedding day is an exciting, sometimes overwhelming process — especially when it comes to choosing the perfect florals that will bring your vision to life. When it comes to wedding florals, the process should feel just as special as the final product. At Eden Rose, I’ve designed a process that’s straightforward, personal, and all about bringing your vision to life. Here's what you can expect when you choose to work with me.
Step 1: The Initial Inquiry
Your first step to working with me begins when you submit an inquiry through my website. Once I receive your inquiry, I’ll get in touch to schedule a phone consultation. This is where we dive into the details of your wedding — your wish list, your ideas, and the vibe you're aiming for. I’ll make notes as we talk, adjusting your proposal in real time based on your vision. That way, you’ll be able to see if it fits with your desired budget.
Step 2: Real-Time Proposal Adjustments
I know how important it is to stay within budget while still achieving your floral dreams, so after we discuss your vision, I’ll adjust the proposal to fit your needs. We’ll go over the pricing together, and if your current selection doesn’t quite align with your desired budget, no worries at all! I can offer design suggestions that will still stay true to your vision while being mindful of costs. You’ll leave the call with a clear understanding of what’s possible and feel confident in the direction we’re heading.
Step 3: Pinterest Inspiration & Mood Board Creation
After our consultation, I’ll get to work sourcing images on Pinterest and beyond to help bring your vision into focus. Using the inspiration we discussed, I’ll craft a mood board that will serve as a visual representation of the overall aesthetic of your wedding day. This board will not only include curated images that match your style, but also feature your selected floral choices, allowing you to see how everything will tie together. The mood board is your first glimpse at how your floral dream will come to life in full color and design!
Step 4: Proposal & Mood Board Review
Once the mood board is ready, I’ll send it over for your review. This is the moment where you’ll be able to truly envision your floral designs coming to life — from the centerpieces to the bouquets and everything in between. Hopefully, you’ll fall madly in love with the proposal and mood board, and we can officially move forward with booking! Once you sign the contract and place the retainer, we’re officially floral besties, and I’ll start getting to work to bring your vision to life.
Step 5: In-Depth Design Board & Mockup
Upon booking, I’ll create a more in-depth design board that breaks down each section of your proposal, including a digital mockup of your floral selection. This step ensures you know exactly what to expect on your wedding day and that every detail is accounted for. From the color of the blooms to the style of the arrangements, this mockup is a comprehensive look at your floral designs so you can rest assured knowing that your wedding florals will be exactly as you imagined.
Step 6: Stay in Touch & Refinements
Throughout the process, I want you to feel like you can reach out to me with any new design ideas or inspirations that pop up. If you spot something on Pinterest or elsewhere that you feel would be a perfect addition to your florals, simply email me, and we can discuss incorporating it into the design. I’m here to make sure every detail is perfect for you.
Step 7: Final Design Consultation
Around 60 days before your big day, I’ll reach out to schedule a final consultation to review everything and make sure that nothing has changed. This is a chance to ensure your design is still spot on, address any last-minute adjustments, and finalize all the details. The last day to make any changes to your design will be 45 days before your wedding day, so that everything is locked in and ready for the big day!
